Our frosted signs with stand-offs provide a crisp contemporary look. We use a multi-step proces to develop these signs. The first step involves laser engraving to ensure the required detail as companies often require their logos on the signs. Next we apply an acrylic paint to achieve contrast and maximum impact of the engraved information. The third step involves a drying process to lock in the paint color. The next step is edge polishing. The final step is the stand-offs which come in various colors: gold, silver and black with silver being the most popular color. The standard size for the stand-offs is 3/8" wide by 1" stand-off.length. The stand-offs are mounted to a wall and goes through the sign with the cap applyed to the front of the sign. A template and instructions is provided for ease of installation. The most popular sizes are 4" x 4," 6" x 6" or 8"x 8." Custom sizes are available upon request. Standard production time is 10 days.
