Signsations ships throughout the United States. Most shipments go out using UPS Ground. You will receive a shipment tracking number and expected delivery date once orders have been shipped.
Our products are made to order - Prior to production you will receive a "proof" (image) of the product that you would like made, which you must approve prior to the start of production.
If you are dissatisfied with your item and the product made is not per the approved proof, return it within 30 days of date of delivery and you will receive a FULL REFUND, to include return shipping cost.
If you are dissatisfied with your item and the product made is per your approved proof return it within 30 days of delivery date and you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee for standard items, and 50% for custom items as well as return shipping cost.
All orders are paid in full prior to productioin, unless other terms are arranged. The primary method of payment is via electronic invoice with Paypal or credit card using either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If you elect check payment, we will begin processing your order after we receive payment.
There is a $35 return check service charge. We do not accept a personal check or credit card payments to replace a check that has been returned. If a check is returned the face value of the check, plus the $35.00 returned check fee may be paid by cashiers check.
