Office Door Signs vs Office Name Plates - What's the difference?  Office Door Signs are usually used to identify a business, department or location.  They are usually permanent, and larger than office name plates and frequently have branding such as a company logo.  Office Name Plates focus on the individual often showing name and title. They are designed to be changed to accommodate changes in personnel. 

ADA Compliant Office Signs  - What are they and when are they needed?. ADA Compliance is a government requirement.  Buildings constructed after March of 2012 or that are being renovated are required to comply with accessibility standards. The guidelines provide instructions on font, spacing, braille standards, mounting, placement, color, finish and contrast. ADA signs are usually added to permanent rooms or spaces that do not change, such as restrooms, stairwells, fixed offices, closets, etc.
